François le Hodey’s academic background is in law and philosophy at the Catholic University of Louvain (Belgium) and economy at MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology - Boston). His professional experience covers several fields namely law (business lawyer), public governance (chief of staff of a Belgian Minister), consultant (member of McKinsey in New York). Mr le Hodey has worked in media for more than thirty years, serving as CEO of IPM Group, a Belgian media company (internet, newspapers, magazines, TV channel, radio stations) in which he invested and then brought into a family partnership. He is also an active investor in new high-tech businesses in Europe and the US.
